The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan, will visit Austria with his spouse Nane Annan on Friday, 12 May 2006. The programme includes the following press event:

Media representatives wishing to attend these press events must be accredited for the IV EU-LAC Summit.
The badges are available for collection on 8 and 9 May 2006 from 9.00 to 17.00 in the Media Accreditation Office EU2006 of the Federal Press Service (Vienna, 1st district, Innerer Burghof). The Media Accreditation Office will be CLOSED from 10.5.2006!
From 10 to 12 May, the badges have to be collected from the Accreditation Desk at the venue for the IV EU-LAC Summit:

Please note that you must present the accreditation confirmation and a valid press card or the original letter of confirmation from your media organisation as well as an official ID with a photograph (identity card, passport, driving licence) in order to collect your badge.
The badge is non-transferable and must always be worn visibly during the event. In addition, you must be able to prove your identity at all times by means of an official ID with photograph. Loss of the badge must be reported to the accreditation desk immediately.
