Please note that you have to present the accreditation confirmation and a valid press card or the original letter of confirmation from your media organisation in order to collect your badge. Furthermore, an official document with a photograph (identity card, passport, driving licence) must be produced.

Media representatives can also collect their badge on 8. and 9.5.2006 between 9.00 and 17.00 at the EU2006 Media Accreditation Office of the Federal Press Service (Vienna, 1st district, Innerer Burghof).
The badge is non-transferable and must always be worn visibly during the event. In addition, you must be able to prove your identity at all times by means of an official picture ID. The potential loss of the badge must be reported to the accreditation desk immediately.
